Why would he put it out now?

It made sense like ten years ago, but the Shady/Aftermath reign is over.

One of the producers of the album. He and snoop were supposed to come up with 4 tracks on it anyway


I really wanted to hear Detox. Never got to bump any of the Chronics :(

everyone is jumping the gun because DJ Quik said something... he produced four songs for it? Remember reading how there was over hundreds of songs made for Detox? Doesn't mean any of his songs were supposed to be on it...

Its not just Dj Quick, its the fact that Dre hasnt said anything about Detox in how long.....?!! Even when he releases singles, we dont even know where they will end up lol. So, since his "collaborators"- Kendrick Lemar, T.I, Snoop Dogg, Dog Pound etc have been telling us about the project to date and now they say that he is over it (Ice Cube and some others i've forgot) why shouldnt we believe them?!

Dont be overly optimistic about it. Its been a ten year long pain for some to adopt such a position lol
