New York because Hip-Hop originated there, and has been the most consistant with the quality of rappers. You can't just say "Detriot" because ONE SICK RAPPER came from there. Don't get me wrong, Eminem, to me is the best lyricist ever, but come on, don't be a complete dick rider. Atlanta shouldn't even be up there, it's fucking gay, it's not even Hip-Hop. It's a simplified form of Hip-Hop called "Pop music."
