I really am into the last song, the chorus has me.
I guess we need to listen to it a couple of more times to "understand" the concept of the mixtape itself.

Man it sucks because I want to like Slaughterhouse so bad. There's potential and talent there, it's just not being utilized. Crooked has put out some of my favorite verses ever (Roll Call 2, Hard White remix, Microphone) but overall, he recycles the same content over and over and over. "Police hate me, I grew up poor, Long Beach, COB is my religion, Suuuuut Suuuut". Joe is just boring to me. He seems to be the most creative, and I understand how some people like him, but to me he forces introspection to the point where he just gets on a track and whines for 48 bars. Royce is great as a solo artist, but he adds nothing to the group at all & usually just name-checks Eminem. Joell is probably my favorite just because he actually has some personality, but he's still not enough to make me definitively say I am a fan of Slaughterhouse.

Bring on Love Story.
Somebody dropped me on my head and I'm for sure
That my mother did it but the bitch won't admit it was her
I slit her stomach open with a scalpel when she was six months
And said "I'M READY NOW BITCH!! AIN'T YOU FEELIN THESE KICKS CUNT?!

Only on the second song (which is dope, but everyone knows that already). That intro was bad though.

Singin' "Bagpipes from Baghdad" again
In my dad's drag draggin' a faggot in a Glad bag
Won't be the last time I make a dramatic entrance like that again
You thought I was lyin' when I said I think that I'm crossin' the line again
I've lost my mind, caution oh God I think I've just thought of another fucking line
Forgive me father, for I have sinned
But hip hop has left me brainwashed with a violent streak

I liked it
I wanted an album so rugged nobody could touch it.
Spent a million a track and went over my budget.
Now how in the fuck am I supposed to get out of debt?
I can't rap anymore, I just murdered the alphabet.

Wait a minute, that Trade It All record was supposed to be on Joe's All Love Lost LP. Is this a filler for the mixtape or what?

This is baaaaad, probably some of their worst work. They are just trying to force so much! It's sad.. Crooked really has started to recycle every damn verse, no way dudes stomach growls every night, hes been making money for years now. Joe is the same as always and we get it Royce, you're sober now.

Joell probably brought it the most out of all of them surprisingly.

I couldn't even make it through all of Budden's verse on the first song, because it was fucking horrible. He wasn't the only reason that it fucking sucked though. They're all fucking garbage, holy shit.

Why the hell is Crooked I even allowed to step within 50 yards of a fucking recording studio? He sounds like throat cancer, he never says anything substantial, and in general he's just absolute garbage. I have heard songs by Bizarre that are better than any verse I've heard from Crooked I. What a complete horseshit rapper. He's like a worse Tech N9ne, which theoretically shouldn't even be possible, but Crooked fucking managed to do it.

Budden needs to grow a pair of balls, because you can only listen to a grown man bitch about everything and sound like he's on the verge of tears for so long before you start to think he's just a bitch. Every Joe Budden verse sounds exactly the same with Slaughterhouse, and I can't see how anyone cares about what he has to say anymore.

Royce is ass. Apparently he didn't learn from Welcome to Our House that he fucking blows. It's crazy to listen to HTS and then anything he's done lately with Slaughterhouse. It's actually embarrassing, because he's horrible now. I guess our snakey rhinestone cowboy will never be good again.

Joell is whatever. He's not awful, but he's pretty dry.

I was holding out hope for their new album, as much as I rip on Slaughterhouse... I don't think I can even remotely give a flying fuck about anything they put out anymore.

You know what? I would rather listen to Bizarre's Lace Blunts 1 and 2 than this. I would rather listen to one of Atone's fucking albums than this, because at least they have some sort of entertainment value. This is one of the worst mix-tapes I've heard.

Verdict - 0/10, pretty sure I need to format my hard-drive to remove any and all traces of this abomination from my computer. Slaughterhouse would be better suited to a label like Strange Music where everyone can consciously ignore them and it wouldn't matter.

Because if it's any indicator of how their album is gonna sound, it's gonna be round 2 of shit.
