Exactly, they have been close friends and then EM thought Champtown tried to fuck Kim behind his back while pretending they're best friends.
Em and Proof went at him on 'Fuckin' Backstabber' but later on Champ was going at both, eventhough all disses were really low shots so EM or Proof never answered back.
You know how 8 mile had all the similarities of Em's real life, eventhough not 100% real, so Champtown's "charachter" suppose to be the guy who fucked Rabbit's girlfriend in the stuidio and then EM beat him up.
