Infinite - would like to see a re-make with his current voice - he never plays it live, surprisingly.
Rain Man, Big Weenie - great instrumentals on Encore that were used up on silly lyrics.
3am - perfect rhyming, but would have been better without the chinese accent (like when he performs live)

Meh, I'd personally like to see none of those songs re-recorded. Especially not 3 AM. The accent is crucial to that song.
