hm you have to catch the ears with good music first, THEN people will notice the lyric, if the song does not sound good people could give two fuck about lyricism

It DOES sound good. The accent isn't hugely noticeable (people let the accent annoy them, it's not that bad), the beat is brilliant - one of the best on Relapse - and the chorus is smooth. I dont see how it doesnt sound good.

I think they're right with WMY, sorry. That song tainted Em's legacy even more (after Encore), this kind of song is reason why some people refuse to take Em as a serious artist.

Even if he made a song as good as TRSS now it would still be irrelevance, because when he made it back in 99 it was new & fresh for him, now it's just predictable. If he continued to make this kind of song as the lead single people will be like "what? another Eminem song? who did he bash this time?"
besides, he's an grown ass man & an established artist now, not some cocky immature newcomer that people would easy give a pass if he dissed someone anymore. He's definitely matured in person, and his music should reflect that, not 'trying' to go back and do some shock rap, it's just not working that way.

I agree with everything you have said there but that doesnt stop WMY from being a good track. It might seem outdated but then he disses Britney and Lindsay Lohan on SS&D so why arent people saying it for that?
