When i listen to parts of Encore/Relapse where Em tries to be funny saying all sorts of random crazy sick stuff with or without accents, it seems like he's trying to force you to laugh. I mean, IMO back in early years SSEP to MMLP, he had a certain wit and charm where he said stuff, all the later funny shit feels forced and shit. I mean try and compare As The World Turns to Taking My Ball. Anyone else feel different or is it just me?

I always thought ass like that and fack were terrible. I think the problem is that he tries to overdo it on some songs. He did a good job on Recovery IMO. There is a lot of clever humor throughout the album.
