I actually like this performance ,the crowd goes crazy when eminem comes in.

He doesn't lip sync the entire thing. He lips it in bits in varying degrees.

But as usual, many people think he's lip syncing because his live voice is the same as his record voice because he perfects everything (good or bad) before he records it. So why wouldn't it be. But I've listened to the man's shit for a decade, I can tell completely when it's live or not from every inch of the vocals. He did lip sync a lot with Encore, especially "Mosh" but this wasn't that bad.

Song is awesome too. It's ridiculous but it feels in your face and authentic Em. His worst songs are "Ass Like That" and "Just Lose It".
