I don't know which part of this post is more stupid, the fact you think Eminem was high when he wrote SSEP/SSLP/MMLP/TES or the fact you think Encore is his best album.

Em was not high when he wrote mmlp? That's news to me. And encore was at the bottom of that list, hence "too" high. wow

I think most of the writing on MMLP was too sharp for him to have been high while writing it.

encore - way too high
relapse - pretty sober
recovery - sober

TES was made while on probation from gun charges, so completely sober.

MMLP is the only album that could have been written high, and it doesn't seem likely.

I never claimed otherwise, and I'm often making both of these points, although I think the second point is put better as "his lyrics look good on paper but sound bad on record."

Many people on probation smoke weed tbh. A lot of the time they won't test you unless you give them a reason to. Plus he's Eminem so I think he could find his way around a piss test if he had to lol

anyway, i dont think drugs would have helped much for all of the non-writing aspects. but i dont know why u'r so hasty to claim that he wasnt smoking weed much during his writing.
