Introducing you rappers to tragedy
Happily ever after if after means you a casualty
Praise those who savagely sacrifice their reality
Bury bones and annually dig them up unhappily
Catch me flossing dead in the center of gravity
that shit doesn't even make sense. It's just rhyming for the hell of it and the rhyming isn't even good. Actually that last sentence is a good summary of the entire album.
Yo class, what's your opinion on Celph Titled & Apathy on this album and in general?
I thought they were both weak on this album. Celph had some of the worst punchlines of his career and Apathy just seems uninterested and boring. Overall I think Celph has one of the best voices in hip-hop and has some great lines in his career. The album with buckwild is great because the production is actually good and celph has some good performances although I think his mind state is a little outdated and juvenile, especially the homophobia on songs like wack juice. Apathy is a dope rapper but terrible at making albums. Eastern Philosophy will probably forever be my favorite release from him because it's the most concentrated, and isn't filled with terrible features. I liked his delivery and flows more too when he was younger. I kind of lost interest in him after Honkey Kong was extremely mediocre.
