This makes a lot of sense. Releasing a project before Detox will lower expectations for Detox because the inherent fact that it isn't actually Detox will disappoint people. This when it actually does come out everybody will love it.
I suspect the same thing will happen when 50 releases Street King Immortal after Animal Ambition disappointed critics.

I think so too... Detox has had many variations over the years but I don't think the newer material will relate to the original one or let alone fit for an album with such title.
