Bliss N Eso - Multiplatinum Austrailian hip-hop Duo

I've seen a few mentions of these guys on the forum, but never a whole thread dedicated to them. They totally deserve it.

Theyre amazing writers, but holy fuck i wish they would stop doing that generic aussie stuck in the 90s outback style of rap that every single aussie rapper seemed to do since the nosebleed section came out...
But theyre still great rappers...

Yeah I love them. One of the lines of Bliss in House of Dreams is "and when I find a line, like a rope I can use it. To lift me out the sea of disposable music" thats always how I felt about em and other rap, but never heard anyone say it that perfectly b4 tbh

I've seen them live around five times. Big fan. Most recently was last year when Yelawolf supported them. One of the best gigs I've been too in a long time.

They're dope as fuck. I know the aussie accent doesn't sound that great to some in rap but Eso is crazy good. Bliss N Eso are veterans though so of course they're going to have that sound more prominent.

Their new album is dope too, they managed to get Nas on a track. The video for it is boss too.



I love the balance of comedy/serious/almost spiritual songs they make too. I'm pretty big fan of a lot of the aussie hip hop scene and seen a hell of a lot of artists live over the years.

Yeah tbh Bliss carries the duo. Eso is good, but that accent turns a lot of people off. Bliss rhymes like Em sometimes. "And when I find a line like a rope I can use it, to lift me out the sea of disposable music"

I agree. I personally love Eso. But I've had more people fall in love with bliss and ignore the Eso side. To me he's the other half of the Duo. He's on Bliss's level and his shit is deep.
