why not? You know pissing on mixtapes is pissing on the very essence of hip hop, the whole recontextualizing a beat and making it work with another rapper in a different context is prety much akin to sampling. If we're talking shoddy 2bit papoose mixtapes with "freestyles" than yeah. But Dedication 2 is pretty much an album with reused beats in that regard with proper care put into the structure of the album hell it even has skits that really give it an identiy and cohesion. Da Drought 3 is more scattershot but works in that direction and is lowkey the best hip hop double album or mixtape out there, so yeah. Also don't forget carta II which is an indisuputable Southern classic, honestly I can't pick out one bad song from it. On top of his numerous guest appearances that he was killing and people jacking his steez during his "best rapper alive" run than yeah...
