Definitely
B.o.B seems aware of 'his change' (let's put it that way) to me
Tracks like So Hard to Breath, John Doe, Coastline, One Day, Nobody Told Me and specially B.o.B vs Bobby Ray show that to me

He's one artist that from the get-go I always expected to evolve and change. I think once an artist like him or Em or Kanye stops doing that, they are at a major creative stagnancy in their career.
And he still hasn't even made like... an 8/10 album let alone a classic. N1kka finna be sounding like 50 constantly saying his next album is like his first for the next 10 years.
Fuck that Bob, create something entirely new and brilliant. Don't look back n shit.
I guess that's the first step for him to get his artisticy back into shape, after that he can come up with something new

Plus I hope that him starting his own label will mean less collaborations with those Grand Hustle wack rappers...
For sure
If he comes up with a great clique, maybe one that lives up to the label name in the sense of challenging a genre sound, making it hard to define them, it will also be fucking great, since B.o.B can produce pretty dope beats too
