Flac is better than mp3 because its full CD quality I believe...Idk about aflac though

Flac is larger so you don't get compression. Never heard of aflac... other than the insurance...

Either specified for certain things or higher quality.
Some things can't play flat though

Cdq is 320 kbps mp3 though

flac i try to tell a lot of ppl this actually , its lossless sound. mp3 is not.

I don't think there is such thing as AFLAC, but I think you mean ALAC (Apple's lossless container). Both ALAC and FLAC are lossless, just done differently because Apple is retarded (I'm sure they have their reasons) and don't support FLAC on iTunes or their devices...But again, both are lossless, so there is no such thing as better. Of course MP3 is the worst of the 3.

FLAC is the best quality, and also used for vinyl rips, but not all media players support it. For example, neither WMP or iTunes.
