What do you guys think of Macklemore? I personally am not fond of him. Just curious what you guys thought of his music.

I think he is alright as a rapper. He really doesn't say anything that amazes me but I think he has a nice flow/delivery. The only two tracks I really like from him are Thrift Shop and White Walls and that's about it.

Great rapper. Has a nice flow and his lyrics/subject matter are interesting. The Heist was plain mediocre, though, in my opinion. I don't like Ryan Lewis' type of production.

hes decent but overrated by most pop fans
he also makes people think they are fans of hiphop while they only listen to hin but thats not his fault

Not an earth shattering guy, but his music is fairly enjoyable, and I believe he does better and puts more content into his work than probably 90% of the other main stream guys today so I would say he is good.

more talented than most but definitely not for me. i listened to the heist and enjoyed some tracks for sure but it's just not my sound, it just sounds too.... white. same reason i've never been able to get into charron or any other sissy sounding rappers.

also is macklemore a band like atmosphere or is it just the one dude because i always see 2 guys?
