I'm disappointed he didn't get Artist of the year, or at least Top Billboard 200 Artists (I don't get it, he sold more than Taylor this year)

Recovery only had 5-6 months whilst Susan Boyle's had the whole 12 months.

I dont care for the billboard year end charts, ive always believed they should run from Jan 1st - Dec 31st.

Soundscan Year-End is much better.

Estimation:

01 - Taylor Swift - 4,200,000
02 - Susan Boyle - 4,186,000
03 - Lady GaGa - 3,689,000

Eminem sold about 2.9m with Recovery during this time, 350k from Relapse, 130k Curtain Call. Etc...

Eminem would have sold about 3.6m during that period of time.

why? this is confusing, shouldn't the year chart start in Jan and ends in Dec?

Yeah it's stupid. Don't worry about it The Billboard Soundscan List is the important one. That will be out Jan 5th 2011.
