It had a really underground feel, almost like something Mobb Deep should jump on. The only criticism I have is that the melody in the background got really annoying after about 30 seconds. That might not happen with somebody rapping over it though.

God damn son, that was awesome. Really like how this beat is sounding, like Robbie said, sounds like some Mobb Deep shit. You should add an 808 kick to it, that would give an awesome bassy feel to it, specially since this sounds empty bass-wise. That sample is awesome, but to avoid it being as repititive as it is atm, you should chop that sample more and make breaks inbetween every 8 bars or something (that's your choice to make tho). Could use some strings and low key pianos. Looking forward to how this turns out.
