Need help with CEP 2.1!

Yo, when I try to import a beat into Cool Edit Pro 2.1, the beat is just a mess and it's one big fuzz. I can upload some pictures to show you how it looks. So if anybody knows how to make it work, I'd very much appreciate the help.
And I know somebody knows how to get this right, so please help me.

yessir i have same problem and i think u wont do shit cuz it means the beat is protected somehow,but i just guessin :sweating:

Hmm, that's strange, because it works perfect in other programs. So it must be something crazy with my CEP. :unsure:

i found free beats cd to download,did it found some dope beats decided to use them and cep said fuck u i mean i have same problem :sweating:

the person who uploaded the beat probably had it in weird format and when you came to convert it CEP couldn't... i've had this problem before from FLV type stuff...

i'm going to assume you guys downloaded this beat without it being put for "free" thru an flv downloader and forgot to convert urselfs.

Actually, the beat was "free" and I downloaded it from LimeWire I think.

so essentially it isn't free... that's probably why then
