Basically like which programs I could use and maybe some other tips for a beginner?

Same with Chet, it can be overwhelming if you go in without doing any tutorials. I just deleted it.

How do I change the number of "boxes", I want to change this because I might not not want that difference of 3 boxes between the last and first sound.
