Pre-Amp and Mic Question

I was wondering if this Pre-Amp - http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/TubeMPpsUSB

Would have enough power to power this mic - http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/Percep420d/
With decent quality, I have a good knowledge on mixing tracks but currently I just have a USB Mic and i'm hoping to up my quality, so would that pre-amp be able to power that mic?
