disagree. it sounds plausible in theory but i've seen it incorporated on other sites, it does the opposite of what you want it to do.

People stop posting their material instead of feeding more.

You shouldn't have to make someone read your song anyways. They should just want to. and if they dont want to, call it motivation to improve.
