Any free production software out there?

I find it very irritating that I come up with beats in my head, and can't actually make them. I'm only 15, so I don't really have any full-time jobs (no jobs at all, actually), so I'm wondering if there's any free software out there?

fl studio is good. you can get it cracked or just get the demo which can do everything the normal one can do except save projects, so you can edit them once you save them.

Back in the days I used Modplug tracker, that was the first software on beatmaking I ever used, it's totally free. After that I moved to FL Studio and still using it.
