Not too sure what you mean by name tags but I'm guessing you mean ranks?
These are simply 'user titles' ( yours is currently In training, this will change as you get more posts, but a statistic is all it is, nothing to get fussed over. :wink:

yea it says in the you are- get your name tags, but yea that's what it means.

Oh, lol .. well when starting a new job, usually you arrive on the first day and collect a badge with your name on it, is used as a metaphor meaning identify yourself so we know who you are. :P
