I got a Wing Yip across town...
I got me some Curry Paste to make my Chinese Curry with just like the take away, same make/brand/supplier for their take out curry sauce, and I got the home version, same thing, smaller container, not some big tub for some restaurant.
But like all foods, I see it like carbohydrates, proteins, trans fats, saturated fats, fibre, sugar ect...
So I make the curry and make the fried rice or boiled rice or boiled rice with chick peas and kidney beans and stuff... Prepare the meat, steam it, fry it, I don't give a fuck, I could roast or BBQ it too, make up my curry sauce, add some peas, mushrooms, like a hint of onion and... IDK... Take out home made with egg fried rice, chicken fried rice. Rice and Pea fried rice... I like Croydon. It's like £1.50 for the paste which is what you buy but it's concentrate.
What I got
What they got @
I can make my own curry but, like how a UK Chinese take out does.
With this though I steam chicken and then use it to make chicken fried rice with chicken curry.
I add mushrooms, garden peas, chick peas, even carrot and onion ect... whatever I fancy, y'know?
But, I only make it once in a blue moon because of all the carbs and msg.
