I got a problem with posting in Chit-Chat

When I wanna post something in Chit-Chat, it shows me:

"General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Incorrect string value: '\xF0\x9F\x8E\xA4\xF0\x9F...' for column 'post_text' at row 1 [1366]

An SQL error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact the Board Administrator if this problem persists."

How can I fix it? Thanks. :y:

When I was entering here I knew the answer would be : Delete cookies.
