Not sure if there is; But health is something that use to be very important to me, that as of late has been horrible. But looking to get back in shape, and have that control back in my life again.
Thought it would be lovely, to have all the fitness geeks to have a place to 'exercise' their thoughts/ and or methods.

Looking to lose a bit of weight I'm guessing? You're probably aware of this, but get yourself a jump rope and do 30 minute sessions daily (1 minute jumping/1 minute rest, for 30 minutes excluding rest times). Tones the absolute shit out of your calves and hamstrings and works your core/balance ontop of burning a ton of fat as well. Personally, diet-wise I really only eat white meat, a lot of leafy veg...non of that frozen shit, rice, whole eggs and a lot of water. I strength train each body part once or twice a week. And that's that.

Yeah, the Jump rope sounds good.
I'm 5'11 and weigh 182lb, need to get back down to 155.

Here's An example of my new reformed diet;

Breakfast-Bowl of special K cereal
Snack-some sushi
Lunch-2 turkey sandwich/wheat bread.
Snack-an apple or two
Dinner-Pasta, and beef.
Snack-yogurt/w oats.

I have 2 cheat days a month, where I eat treats..

My Workout.
Ellyptical 15min.
Treadmill-Walk 20Min.
Sauna-15min.

Then a few hours later.
Run in the neighborhood for 10 minutes.
Thinking of adding the jump rope workout, for 15min right after this.

Usually go easy on sundays..
Work abs twice a week...
Some body weight exercises/squats/calf raises/pushups..
When I feel like it.

What do you think?

I pretty much DoNot buy or eat bread anymore, however I have a major weakness for pasta, anything!





Health: there was a point in my life I would only need an advil 2x a Month at the most. Now I take 2 EveryDay sometimes 4or6 :(
