Was truly an adventure
I got really drunk, and got accuse of abusing my ex's brother (the kid is ten, and we were just having a tickle fight, and apparently I grabbed his arm too hard and left a bruise)
So they called the cops, the cops knew I didn't do anything, so I got dropped off in downtown Olympia. Olympia is the capitol, and has about 60-70 homeless street family members. My ex's little sister is a street kid, and helped me survive my first few nights. I slept in a doorway with 2 other people right in the middle of main street. Yet that spot got busted (cops rolled up when we had 2 40 oz's, so we ran)
After that, I had to start sleeping outside of a parking garage. It was called Hobo Alley, cause tons of old drunks would sleep there.
I met so many interesting, crazy fucking people on the streets. So many different street names. Cupcake, Spitz, Wreckless, Oak, Scotty, and too many more.
So the majority of time on the streets breaks down pretty simple
Find food
-----
I had to look in dumpsters, beg, or even steal the shit from stores. You will spend a few days without food, but if you look hard it's easy
Find shelter
---------
Sidewalks suck ass, they hurt so much. You have to find a dry spot to camp at. I stayed outside a church, in the woods, slept outside the bus transit center. Finally I got invited to a camp in the woods, my roommate was a 14 year old runaway. We had a blast together, and I became her street dad.
Get fucked up
--------------
We would steal booze, smoke weed all day, acid, shrooms, x, meth, heroin, anything was available.
I'll write more later.
And questions are welcome. I'm just bored right now
