Should She Receive the Death Penalty???

This event occurred in Clayton, where I live, the person who was murdered lived only a few houses down from me...anyways...he was over in Iraq on the frontline and didn't get killed.......he came home to spend Christmas with his children........and was murdered...So does his "ex"wife deserve the Death Penalty???

exactly..a similar episode happend also here in my town,a boy(a friend of mine)was killed..the killer is man from here,who has been several times to prison cos of drugs n beatin wife n children..he is still free..I mean,he's like a monster,how can a person behave like that??n how can justice permit that someone like that walks around in tranquillity..it's crazy..what is justice??
however I have to say that I'm against death penalty,I don't think it's right to kill sumone,even if he committed homicide..life in prison is the way..but not death..

I just think it's so messed up that he was over in Iraq on the frontlines and didn't get killed, but he came home to celebrate Christmas with his family and was murdered by his wife's teenage lover and herself in a way.(I know the boy that she was having an affair with he went to my school, I wouldn't expect anything like that from him, but never assume anything) The man was I think 46, she was 25, and her teenage lover was I think 16 or 17....

Actually Sarah, it does cost a lot of money to put someone to death....a lot....in some states it is cheaper to keep them alive then kill them...I'm contradicting myself....but there's always two sides to everything...
