Need to get my audio shit, idk wat though :(

I know that all you big audio guys have heard this a thousand times, but here it goes. I need to start recording and I'm not 100% sure where to start. Mixers, mics I have no idea wat I really need and wat I can get later to improve it all. I'm on a pretty strict budget so I need quality stuff at a reasonable price. Thanks everybody

I would get a condensor make sure you get phantom power for it..and maybe a decent interface (Some have phantom power included)..an interface will give you more control over the details of your volume levels then your computer itself can..

Also make sure to get a good spit-screen so you dont overwelm the mic with popping-P's and hissing-S's..
