anybody know how the hell pixels are? I want this pictures as my avatar but it won't let me it says it's too big or something like that. How do I shrink it down to the right size?

whats going on with the avata code at the mo. everytime i try to up one it dont work . that white sqaure with the red x in the corner appears. and yes my avatar is the correct size and dimentions. i tried using one from another site too and it still dusnt it. i think uve an error in the website script??
