Impressive one liners, bars and couplets. You should definitely use some of those in your writings, if you find the appropriate spot in a verse of course. I wouldn't advice forcing lines in a verse, you could build verses around some lines, though.

pain of having nuthin but everything to give

Best line out of them all, in my opinion. That line captures a vivid image of sorrow coated with such simple, yet effective wordplay. Impressive.

Seriously awesome lines. I thought it was all usable material. Make sure you incorporate at least these lines that I quoted. Keep it up.

Yeah man I do this same thing. I write notes and one liners in my phone all day then write em all down at the end of the day. I usually can make a whole song just based on one or two of the lines I've kept. In fact most of my songs are the result of me writing on line then just keep runnin with it.
