Personally I enjoy I Remember more but I do like the Hit Em Up homage at the end of Quitter.

Both great disses, but I'll take I Remember because it was the first one, and the concept of singing like Everlast and throwing in the song titles was original. Quitter is awesome because of the Hit 'Em Up parody but it was unnecessary as I Remember completely destroyed Everlast.
