uploading problems

basically wen i try and upload a file over about 20mb on rapidshare or megaupload, the window where it is uploading crashes and my pc will go ultra slow. dis is really annoyin cos it means last time i tried 2 up summit i had 2 upload everythin individually insted of puttin it in 1 big rar file.
