As far as amazing, genius songs: MMLP has Kim and Criminal... TES has S4TM and TIC.

MMLP is hurt by the number of features. TES is hurt by two or three weak tracks.
Pretty much. I think track for track, MMLP wins out...on the other hand, S4TM is better than anything on TMMLP and he just seemed more focused on TES in general. The lesser amount of pure rage allowed him to be more consistent with the lyrics, in a broad sense.
But I think more people like TMMLP because the media commonly refers to it as his best album and the angry voice Rageinem makes a lot of Stans wet.
