Yes
They claim that I'm violent, just cause I refuse to be silent
These hypocrites are havin fits, cause I'm not buyin it
Defyin it, envious because I will rebel against
any oppressor, and this is known as self defense
I show no mercy, they claim that I'm the lunatic
But when the shit gets thick, I'm the one you go and get
Don't look confused, the truth is so plain to see
Cause I'm the nigga that you sell-outs are ashamed to be

well its mad close to being a classic, only thing that killed it were the features.
I dont want to play all the albums in order, getting to the mmlp & his bash for pop music & gay shit. Then go on to relapse with songs like we made you & my mom.
Then finally moving on to recovery knowing that wayne sucks baby cock, and having our fucking faith shot in the face, when interscope thought it would be a dope idea to boost sales with having wayne, rhi & pink on an album. So yeah, that last statement really hit the nail on why its not a classic.

But then again, thats my opinion

No, but close.

The production is too uninteresting and mainstream for the most part. But there isn't a weak song on the album and it only seems to get more coherent with time.

And he didn't spit a single lazy verse.

It's just a very good album. It's maybe just too logical and straightforward / lacking in artistic inspiration to 'feel' like a classic.

Very true, you can tell he put time and effort into every single song on the album.

I think it's too early to say if it's a classic but without a doubt, it certainly is a solid album.

No it isn't a CLASSIC but it is still a very good album.

Eminem is the only artist that has three classic albums

The Slim Shady LP
The Marshall mathers LP
The Eminem Show

PS: Stop saying All eyez on me isn't a classic! One of the best hip hop albums of all time!

I'm starting to believe this album is, each song that I used to think was ehhh (WTP, So Bad, 25 to Life) I realize are actually solid, well written/executed tracks. Every song on this has replay value, and this has the most songs he has ever put on an album. The spectrum of content/concepts is lengthy, and like embase said he didn't spit a lazy verse. The only thing is the congruity that isn't there as much as I'd like it to be, other than that, I can't honestly find anything else that would make this idea of a classic album faltering.,..just my opinion :y:
