The chorus is kinda ridiculously catchy and the beat is good but the lyrics are horrible, even for Encore.

It was a great opportunity to say a lot of funny and clever stuff. Actually the concept allowed him to say whatever he wanted. Kindda like Cum on everybody, just more messy.

The drug excuse seems a little stupid. He had two years to write an album, he was working with the most influential hip hop producer of all time and he could have scrapped some of the weaker tracks on the album and made it more acceptable as a whole. A lot of things went wrong, not just drugs.
