In all honesty, Arcade Fire deserved the award. The Suburbs was praised by the critics all year long, and it was between that and Recovery for me. At least Em didn't lose to Lady Gaga for fucks sakes. Eminem and his fans should be happy they came away with Rap Album of the Year.

There is a ton of great music out there besides rap and what you hear on the radio. Just because YOU haven't heard of people winning doesn't mean they don't deserve the award. If anything it shows your lack of musical knowledge outside of pop. I'm pretty sure those people deciding on the Grammy Awards are pretty well qualified.

well i guess they really screwed up last year. overall 2010 was a great year for music. this year they showed indie music some love. Arcade Fire >>>>>>>>>> Taylor Swift
