That title hopefully caught your attention. This is the start of a song I'm writing, The entire verse ain't about Columbine, but I mention it towards the end. Oh, and it is a little poetic at some parts, but I think it should be fairly easy to understand what I'm trying to say.
A soldier is one who's being shoved into the lockers/
One who takes knuckles and blows like a boxing sack/
Six hours of the clock to that/
How come every one is shocked when his glock cocks back/
How would you react to all the ruthless beating/
You're toothless, screaming, got bruises, bleeding
You would explode, and you'd see the reason (gun cocks back)/
To shoot that episode that concludes the season (gun-shots)/
Cause every single night when you go to bed/
You wish it was cascet you could close instead/
All the years you bled, you've taken those unsaid/
Now your voice is dead, and so are you too/
Though your blood was red, and your bruises blue/
They need someone to blame so they are choosing you/
I ain't accusing only bullies of Columbine High/
But if you think it's black and white you have colorblind eyes/
Any piece of feedback is highly appreciated!
