People say just write whatever comes in your head, but it's not that easy. Especially not when I have a concept ready.
I have the same problem, the first line is always the hardest to come up with. You should let the first line, along with the beat create the concept for you. But it really is just write what comes to your head. Just turn on the beat and let it play and when it gets to the spot where your verse starts just start freestyling until you come up with a line you like and go from there. The last song I wrote started with "I'm nice as fuck just look at me" so it's really not that big of a deal lol.

Nah. The best way to go about creating ANY conceptual song (or any song, for that amtter) is to create the hook first. The hook should be the embodiment of what the verses are eventually going to say. A hook may take hours, even days to write but, it will be worth it if you're serious about the song.
Most people disregard the hook as being an unimportant part of the song (or just something catchy to keep people's attention, or make them remember the song). In reality, it's what should structure the song and hold it all together.
If you create a dope hook, the verses should come easily from there... I know this is a backward way of thinking, but it works.
