Everything Yela has come out with is dope. His worst project would definitely be Radioactive, but it has it's moments, it's not as bad as some people make it out to be imo.

Artistically, the whole album is a failure but I blame his label and Eminem for this.
On the other hand, I really enjoyed a few individual songs ... I just had the feeling that it was just a bunch of songs instead of a "cohesive album"
It seems that Artists from shadyrecords don't have full of creative control on their albums

It was mostly the Interscope influence. Yelawolf talks about how there were non-artists (most likely A&R) in the studio, pushing for certain songs and shit. Yelawolf did fuck up by compromising like he did, but I understand how it happened. I also understand why he was so pissed off when he gave them the album they specifically wanted from him, and then didn't do anything to support it.

But yeah, it's basically a collection of songs.
