And the refs were paid bro, soooooo obvious even LA crowds booed the refs when a call was made for em lol

I love the NBA but like everything else its rigged. LA has huge history in the sport, and the city is to big to have the team go out the window. Making such massive moves and have them not go to the playoffs, leading to a breakup would have looked so bad on the players, and the city. So it was destined the Lakers would be bought into the playoffs.

Don't get me wrong, I thought they'd slaughter at the beggining of the year. But watching just before the playoffs its obvious this group isn't 7 in the west material

I heard about this shit too. Same with the NFL. The teams that were meant to compete in this year's Superbowl were in a commercial a few months before.

oh im not saying the whole thing is set up like some conspiracy.
im saying some refs place sides bets (proven) and largely influence the game at times.
and that certain cities need sports team to do well for their economy.

UCONN's coach has a higher salary than the Governor of CT. his salary is on the state tax, not just the schools. he makes 2 mil dollars a season, and the games bring in a shit ton of money. he is more important to CT than any political figure.

if you dont think that transfers to NBA teams with such teams like LA who have the second most banners, and so much celebrity repping them... then your in some kind of crazy denial

Your first post made it seem like the Lakers have always been part of a scam and all.

Nononono

Simply, that the Lakers this year, were assisted in their quest for the playoffs. Nothing more
Of course Kobe did it, I'm saying some calls at keys moments can sway momentum and what not

Despite the sweep vs. the Bucks, the Heat look entirely beatable.

Oh okay lol my bad. Haven't really been paying attention to that but I'll keep that in mind next time I watch a Laker game. I still doubt it though.

Word they do but the rest of the league sucks right now tbfh. I don't think Thunder could keep up with them without Westbrook. The Spurs can do it if and only if Manu and Parker are 100%. Maybe the Clippers too if Blake steps his game up.

I'm not denying that, but he can't win by himself. If that's the case then might as well give the title to the Heat.
