Deja Vu...is overrated

Postby python » May 6th, '13, 02:07

Now, don't get me wrong, it's a good song, but that's it, it's a good song. People make it out to be an amazing 10/10 track, when it's just a good song. What the hell is so spect-fucking-tacular about this track that I'm missing?

Just think it is a classict song where every aspect musically was nailed perfectley lyrics, theme, chorus, content, production, delivery. Which is why so many enjoy the song and think it is 10/10. I think replay value is an essential factor too it's 1 of those songs people will play years from now as well.

I dislike the voice he uses, and the delivery, which brings it down for me. It's either a 7 or 8 for me. Also, the first verse is just really mediocre.

I agree that this song is overrated, at least slightly.

Oh well i think it is a classic song it basically is just a combination of all elements being great in the song as explained before atleast to those who think it is a classic. I think overall this song and Beautiful got the most love and best feed back from Relapse from a fans perspective and also in general Hip Hop fans perspective. I can't say it is overrated i think it's a classic

He is Aftermathers. He's trying to be cute and act like he doesn't love beautiful. Anyway yeah I hate the delivery on that song just like most of Relapse. Nothing beats his Eminem Show delivery days.

The best song on relapse imo.. thats why i like it so much. it was a breath of fresh air compared to alot of the tracks on the album.
I also like the honesty of that track..

It's great but I agree. Not a classic song. It is overrated. There are tracks on Relapse I would rather listen to.

Best song on the album.
Fuck top five, bitch, I'm top four
And that includes Biggie and Pac, whore
And I got an Evil Twin
So who the fuck do you think that third and that fourth spot's for?
