The idea behind the name is that basically if you remove some letters out of my real name it becomes Stan... And I am a fan of the new Em and the old Em, my favorite song when I heard MMLP for the first time was Stan and my favorite when I heard Recovery was Cinderella Man... those are not my favorite songs now but whatever... also, Cinderella Stan is same as Cinderella Man, Stan is a man, but a fan, like me... Plus Cinderella Man with Russel Crowe is one of my favorite drama movies... so as you can see, I've spent a great deal of time thinking about a name when I was registering, lol.

Eventhough I didn't take much time to select a username when I was signing up, I wanted something that wasn't random like some letters and numbers put together, so I started thinking about ways Em has called himself on songs and the first one that came to my mind was that one Almost Famous line
