It was funny overall, just like every Between Two Ferns is, but I don't know, I thought Obama would be funnier. Although it was completely scripted, I'm sure, so maybe in real life he is. Plus just the fact that he appeared at all proves his sense of humour.

I usually get the deadpan thing but I thought Obama's deadpan was a bit too earnest, and not in an ironic way. Amazing get for Galifianakis, though.
