How can I make it so that I can extend that blue part? LIke I wanna be able to extend the blue part (but have no sound) so I can just hit (O) and put that base on repeat. If u dont understand anything just ask.

If you mean you want to extend it so silence fills in that part and it loops, it's not possible (at least to my knowledge) and it's one of the reasons garageband sucks. I use drum kits so you can imagine how annoying it is. You just have to copy and paste it where the next one goes and keep doing that.
