i guess it will depend on their mood that day, their financial status at the time, if creating the verse or going to the studio will create a problem with their scheduling and most importantly IF THEY ARE FEELING YOU(artist asking for feature)as an artist.

the more they're feeling you, the less they will more than likely charge.

Royce was running a special where he was doing a verse for $1000 as just a promotion. He spoke about it in an interview with hiphopgame.com. But originally I believe he was doing $2000, though.
Considering that royce is a lil more popular than crooked, the numbers trimss posted are about right

As for other rappers... It all depends on whether they're signed or not, if they're hot or not...

I'm guessing Rittz probably charges around $1,000 for a verse. His album debuted at #25 on the BB200 and has sold 45K copies. Hopsin last one has sold 41K so I'm guessing that puts them in round the same price range.
