I've had mine for 3 years, too. I just don't keep stuff. I download shows and movies all the time, but I delete them once I'm done watching.

Probably going to go with the 128. I love taking pictures and I'm a music junkie. I like to store a few movies too. And a few games. Plus I have a shit ton of apps right now on my current phone.

I'll probably get the new iPhone but I'm not sure what color. I heard the black one is faster but not as secure.
