Denace, like em or hate em?

Oh Denace, Eminem wanna be, is what he is known as. But tbh, if you listen to the way he talks and sounds, he doesnt sound tooo much like eminem.a nd i actually think thats his real voice. Now, some songs, and his style sound like he is tryna be em and i dont like those. But other of his songs have a different style and i like that. I hope denace decides to switch his style a little bit and do him mroe than him/em cus imo hes got talent. needs 2 just stop mentioning eminem and he needs ti find his own style, rn i think he is in the same position as asher roth was. Anyways yeah, i sorta started likin denace after i heard him kill hopsin in that diss! anyways, i am gonna get shat on for this thread, so, peace.. :y:

If the "hopsin diss" you're referencing is his queer freestyle, that is one of the wackest, most half-assed things I've ever heard.

Funny because Denace used to be semi decent with good subject matter and his only problem was his voice. Now just everything about him is a problem. And the fact that his fanbase is literally hopsin's doesn't help

i liked the queer diss lol, maybe cus i hate hopsin

and yeah, his new album new beginnings sucks, thats the one where he imitates em ALOT, i really hope on his new shit he goes on his own path!

on gift and curse tho, i see barely any similarities to em, sure his voice maybe a LITTLE, but other than that, nothing much.

BTW not saying denace is the next eminem, i want denace to be his own guy.

New Beginnings was basically shit other than that one generic song where he's like "my name is denace and oh" because I liked the guitar in the instrumental he in no way contributed to. Bought gift and curse in seventh grade and thought it was good for a week until I realized it was just him being a whiny bitch about everything in an Eminem accent. The most decent songs on there were the ones he'd made years before it.
I want my money back was bearable, mostly for the beat choices, although some are god awful. The Pre-EP is just a disaster sent by Satan. Lost Tapes is the only thing I can stand, even with that one generic song where he whines about the "industry."

I liked "I will haunt you" bc it's a good inst and he actually acknowledges he's a rip off to at least some extent.

You know what I liked tho? Survival. The original one though, he added a second verse and ruined it. I think one of the songs on Ambivalence was inspired by that

btw, jaba, on that hopsin diss, the beat was incredible and he ruined it with his garbage rapping. It's actually an allrounda beat tho, so I was able to find it and write my own thing to it
