Has creatine been working well for you?
It works amazingly well.
It's a pre-workout, but I take it as a post with my protein. The only down side is that you have to cycle off it quite reguarly or the effects will start slowing down.
For some reason though, most people think creatine is steroids lol

I wouldn't recommend it if you're below the age of 16. I wouldn't recommend any supplements for someone under 16 for that matter.
Go for it if you're older though. It works like a charm.

Since you workout your body releases vitamins etc from your body more than someone who doesn't work out. Its hard to replace all those vitamins with food unless you eat a ton. That's why supplements are important for srs trainers.
